Impact Fees Online Payment
If you are trying to pay an Impact Fee for a project that is inside the town limits of Fraser or Winter Park – STOP – and please deal with the Town of Winter Park Building Department.
Once we review your plans, we will send you an invoice for the Impact Fee so there is no confusion as to what you owe, but please see the information below regarding how we calculate Impact Fees for different Projects.

Single Family Residence
Single Family Residence (regardless of sq. ft.) = $483
Single Family Residence (regardless of sq. ft.) w/ Attached Garage = $483
Singe Family Residence (regardless of sq. ft.) w/ Detached Garage < 1,000 sq. ft. = $483
Single Family Residence (regardless of sq. ft.) w/ Detached Garage > 1,000 sq. ft.
* Commercial Use Garage = ($483) + (.268 x sq. ft. of commercial garage)
* Non-Commercial Use Garage = ($483) + ($483) = $966
Multi- Family Residence (Duplex, Triplex, Condos)
Impact Fee = # Units X $483
Apartment Building (single owner)
Impact Fee = Total sq. ft. x. .268
Any Outbuilding (Accessory, Garage, Shed, Barn, etc.)
* Outbuilding < 1,000 sq. ft. WITH NOT HABITABLE SPACE = EXEMPT $0
* Outbuilding Any Size WITH HABITABLE SPACE (i.e. plumbing, kitchen, sleeping quarters) = $483
* Outbuilding > 1,000 sq. ft. Commercial Use = (sq. ft. x .268)
* Outbuilding > 1,000 sq. ft. Non-Habitable / Non-Commercial = $483
Changing Non-Habitable Space to Habitable? (regardless of sq. ft.) = $483
Remodels / Additions
* Is the footprint larger than the Original Structure?
NO = Exempt $0
Yes =
Residence = $483
