Dangerous Building, Appliances, Systems or Conditions

$600 for each offense / day the condition exists
|
Following at least one documented warning or notice, this fee shall be assessed when it is determines that upon inspection there exists a dangerous condition in accordance with Section 114 Unsafe Buildings of the adopted Fire Code. This fee applies anytime a Cease & Desist order, Stop Work order, or a dangerous appliance is required to be rendered safe (red tagged out-of-service) due to negligence or similar preventable unsafe actions
