Online Fee Payments

The East Grand Fire Protection District can accept online and over the counter fee payments using debit/credit cards and e-checks for some of our most common fixed fees. Credit cards accepted are: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. All over the counter payments may be made at our main office during normal business hours.

The payment processing system is hosted by the State of Colorado Internet Portal Authority, on their secure servers and is provided as a convenience for you. A small ~ 2.7% processing fee is added to your electronic payment by the State of Colorado. You will see your full charge prior to submitting payment. EGFPD receives no part of the processing fee and we have no control over how they are set up or implemented. East Grand Fire Protection District #4 will appear on your bank/credit card receipt and statement.

The e-check fee is $1.00 flat rate. For example a $240.00 Sprinkler Permit fee at checkout would total $241.00 and a $483.00 Single Impact fee would total $484.00.

You may, of course, continue making your payment using cash or checks (including your own banking institution’s online payment format) without any processing fees by mail or in person at our main office.

You will be taken to the State of Colorado’s PayPort Online Service site for the East Grand County Fire Protection District where you can select the type of permit from the drop down menu. Please fill in the required fields completely and complete your transaction.
